It is best for us to see the sandal and suggest appropriate repairs before committing to a repair - unfortunately some sandals are too worn-out to be repaired.

If you are mailing in your sandal to Jutta Neumann New York Inc., please contact us beforehand so we know to expect your sandals.

Please include all your information with the sandals.
Do not include sandal accessories (such as a sandal bag) with your shipment.
