Return Policy

 

Jutta Neumann NY Online offers a full refund for non-sale items for one (1) day after purchase. After one day (and until shipping), store credit is offered for all non-sale regular inventory items.

 

All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. All sale items are final sale. Exchanges may only be made for the same item being returned, if a different size is available. All returns will receive store credit.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

All returns must be authorized by Jutta Neumann New York, Inc.

Please email your return request to Contact@JN-NY.com with purchase order number and the specific items you want to return. Once you receive a return authorization number (RA##) from Jutta Neumann New York, inc, please pack and securely seal the merchandise.

We prefer that you use UPS if possible (unfortunately, USPS packages may be held at the post office instead of being properly delivered).
Also, when able, please Contact Us with your tracking number.

If you are exchanging your item for a different size or color, Please DO NOT include any accessories - such as sandal bags - in your exchange shipment.

Mark your RA## on the outside of the box; packages sent without an RA## will be refused. Send pre-paid and insured to:

You can also return or exchange online purchases at one of our store locations.

We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements. In addition, certain returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

When your return is received, we will issue a store credit in the amount of the merchandise. We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow us up to 2 weeks.
