Shipping Policy

 

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS - Signature Required. You may opt out of the signature requirement, but assume full responsibility if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.

Rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. Jutta Neumann New York does not ship orders to multiple addresses for a single order, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. Ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico (only 2-day or next-day service). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 1pm Pacific Time will begin processing up to 5 days after order was placed. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on weekends or Federal holidays.

International shipments (including to Japan) are sent via regular US Mail (USPS). Usually we ship once a week and we do not ship express for international orders.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Jutta Neumann New York you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Jutta Neumann New York. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund if applicable.

Custom orders are shipped once completed. Jutta Neumann New York, Inc. will be in contact with the customer and notify when the custom order is completed and ready to ship - this may take 4-6 weeks after the initial order is placed. Our custom leather bags may take longer, as we are only able to manufacture them periodically. We will contact you if this applies.
